Craig Dollar will present, “Beyond Connectivity: Offline Resiliency for Mission-Critical 9-1-1 Operations,” at the Oklahoma and Missouri Public Safety Conferences

As Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) transition to 9-1-1 and/or CAD applications served by Cloud providers, ensuring local survivability or a suitable automated backup plan is crucial. PSAPs must be able to operate independently during outages or regional disasters.

Craig will be presenting at the Oklahoma Public Safety Conference and the Missouri Public Safety Communications Conference on the importance of offline resiliency for mission-critical 9-1-1 operations. In his presentation, Craig will discuss the challenges that PSAPs face in ensuring continuity of service during outages and disasters. He will also discuss the solutions that are available to help PSAPs achieve offline resiliency.
