We’re proud to share that Oregon County, Missouri, is now live with EDGE 9-1-1™ and EDGE Mapping™, bringing next-generation performance and reliability to its emergency communications. Covering 792 square miles, including extensive sections of the Mark Twain National Forest, farmland, and the scenic Eleven Point River corridor, the new system delivers improved location accuracy and tighter response coordination across diverse terrain.
The deployment supports a wide network of local partners: Law Enforcement includes the Oregon County SO and Alton Police Department; Fire & Rescue consists of Alton, Rover, Kosh, Thomasville, BB Road, and Myrtle Fire Departments.
Congratulations to the Oregon County team on this important upgrade—thank you for your partnership as we work together to enhance public safety for residents and visitors.
