It is compliant with NG9-1-1 standards and features an industrial-quality integrated media processing appliance-based workstation for all your call taking and dispatch needs. The EDGE Desktop includes built-in monitoring capabilities for hundreds of system elements and functions. System health notification is provided to Ryzyliant and PSAP personnel as needed. Additionally, Ryzyliant support can remotely access the integrated desktop system to perform upgrades, diagnostics, and troubleshooting without interrupting the PSAPs operations.

Minimal COTS Hardware
The EDGE Desktop solution is integrated with Hybrid-cloud technology which significantly reduces the need for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware to power the solution. Ryzyliant’s standard IT design simplifies the deployment process, minimizing the costs of maintenance while enhancing reliability and scalability. Our standard deployment complies with applicable FCC, NENA i3, and UL/CSA standards as required. With minimal backroom equipment and only a thin client at the desktop, the browser-based solution is completely encrypted and secure for all users, without any proprietary hardware.
